By submitting the early-access form on abitae.ai, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not submit the form.
2. About ABITAE
ABITAE is an AI-powered creative-direction engine for design studios and designers, operated by Lumilative LLC FZ, registered in Dubai Meydan Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.
3. Pre-release nature
ABITAE is a pre-release product still in development, offered for evaluation and feedback. Features may change, break, or be removed. The Product may never be released commercially.
4. No guarantee of access
Submitting a request does not guarantee early access, a timeline, or any features. We select and invite participants at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
5. No warranty
This website and any early access are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumilative LLC FZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of this website or participation in the early access.
7. Intellectual property
All rights in ABITAE, this website, and all content, trademarks, methodologies, prompts, knowledge graphs, workflows, and materials remain the exclusive property of Lumilative LLC FZ. These Terms grant you no license to our intellectual property.If you send us feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free right to use it without obligation to you.
8. Your obligations
You agree to provide an accurate email address, to use the website and any early access lawfully, and not to misuse, copy, reverse-engineer, or disclose non-public information about the Product without our written permission.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Product develops. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation within 30 days. If unresolved, either party may pursue formal proceedings in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
