This Privacy Policy explains how Lumilative LLC FZ ("we," "us"), registered in Dubai Meydan Free Zone, UAE, which operates ABITAE.AI ("the Product"), collects and uses your personal data when you request early access through our website (abitae.ai).

1. What we collect

When you submit the early-access form, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your name. We do not collect company information or any sensitive personal data. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

2. Why we collect it

We use your information only to:

  • Review and manage your early-access request and send you an invitation if selected
  • Contact you about ABITAE early access, product updates, and related announcements
  • Understand demand so we can prioritize and improve the Product
Our legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 6).

3. Who processes your data

We use trusted third-party providers to operate the website, store your data, and notify our team of new requests. These currently include or may include:

  • Database and backend providers (e.g., Supabase)
  • Website and form hosting providers (e.g., Lovable)
  • Internal notification and messaging tools (e.g., Telegram, Slack, or email)
These providers process your data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

4. International data transfers

Our providers may store or process your email in countries outside your own, including the UAE, US, and EU. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses for GDPR and contractual safeguards compliant with the UAE PDPL).

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed, typically until the early-access program ends or you withdraw consent. We review and delete inactive records within 24 months. We delete sooner on request.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to a data protection authority.You can withdraw consent or request deletion at any time by emailing hello@abitae.ai or using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.EU/EEA residents may lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

7. Cookies and analytics

This website uses only essential cookies needed to operate the form. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or cross-site tracking.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the Product develops. We will post the new version on this page with an updated date.
